1. DEFINITIONS
“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Next Chapter” refers to Next Chapter and its authorised representatives.
“Client” refers to any individual or entity engaging our Services.
“Services” refers to advisory, PRO, visa processing, business setup assistance, compliance coordination, documentation handling, and related administrative services.
“Authorities” refers to UAE government entities including but not limited to MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zones, Courts, Municipalities, Licensing Authorities, and any regulatory body.
“Nawakas / Nawaqis” refers to a missing or incomplete requirement notification issued by Authorities during processing.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By engaging our Services, submitting documents, or making payment, the Client agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
Next Chapter reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. NATURE OF SERVICES
Next Chapter acts solely as an administrative intermediary and advisory provider between the Client and Authorities.
- We are not a government entity.
- We do not influence Authority decisions.
- Approvals, rejections, and timelines are determined exclusively by Authorities.
No representation or guarantee is made regarding application approval.
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.
- Submit documents within required timelines.
- Respond promptly to communications.
- Maintain compliance with UAE laws.
Next Chapter shall not be responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client.
5. TRANSLATION & DOCUMENT ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Where translation, typing, or document preparation services are provided based on Client-supplied information:
- The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to submission.
- Next Chapter shall not be liable for errors originating from incorrect or unclear information provided by the Client.
6. NAWAQIS (MISSING OR INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS)
In the UAE, “Nawakas” (or “Nawaqis”) refers to a missing or incomplete document notification issued by Authorities, including MOHRE, indicating deficiencies that must be rectified within a specified timeframe using the official transaction reference.
Client Responsibility
- Clients must provide Nawakas documents within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise instructed.
- Government deadlines are strict and may result in expiry or cancellation.
Liability
Next Chapter shall not be liable for:
- Application expiry or rejection due to delayed response.
- Loss of vouchers or government fees.
- Additional charges imposed by Authorities.
No refunds shall be granted where Nawakas deadlines are missed.
7. COMPLIANCE BREACH RESPONSIBILITY
The Client acknowledges that:
- Maintaining valid licenses, visas, quotas, and regulatory compliance remains the Client’s responsibility.
- Next Chapter shall not be liable for fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from failure to maintain compliance after service completion.
8. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUND POLICY
Government Charges
All government fees, typing charges, and application costs are strictly non-refundable once processed or submitted.
Professional Service Fees
Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, including where:
- Applications are rejected by Authorities.
- Additional requirements are imposed.
- Processing timelines change.
Next Chapter prepares applications using best practices to maximise approval potential; however, final authority remains with UAE Authorities.
No Refund Circumstances
Refunds shall not be granted where:
- Applications have been processed.
- Client delays cause expiry.
- Authorities reject an application.
- Incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the Client.
9. APPLICATION ABANDONMENT & CLIENT NON-ENGAGEMENT
If the Client fails to respond, provide documents, or proceed with required steps for a period exceeding 7 calendar days, Next Chapter reserves the right to consider the application abandoned.
In such cases:
- Any ongoing applications may be paused or cancelled.
- Government vouchers or submissions may expire.
- All fees paid shall remain non-refundable.
Reactivation of services shall be treated as a new engagement and may incur additional charges.
10. RE-SUBMISSION & ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEES
Where an application requires re-submission due to:
- Authority rejection,
- Client error,
- Document expiry,
- Missed Nawakas deadlines,
- Regulatory changes,
Next Chapter reserves the right to charge additional service fees and any applicable government charges.
Each re-submission shall be treated as a separate processing engagement.
11. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after Services have commenced.
Where a chargeback is initiated:
- Next Chapter reserves the right to suspend all Services immediately.
- The Client shall remain liable for all outstanding fees and administrative costs.
- Next Chapter reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of disputed amounts.
12. PROCESSING TIMES
All timelines are estimates only and depend on Authority procedures, regulatory checks, and external factors.
Next Chapter shall not be liable for delays outside its control.
13. BANK ACCOUNT OPENING DISCLAIMER
Where assistance is provided for bank account applications:
- Approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the bank.
- Next Chapter does not guarantee account approval.
- Service fees remain payable regardless of bank decisions.
14. VISA ELIGIBILITY & GOLDEN VISA DISCLAIMER
Visa eligibility, including Golden Visa categories, is determined exclusively by UAE Authorities.
Next Chapter provides advisory guidance based on available information; however:
- Final approval criteria may change without notice.
- Authorities may request additional requirements or reject applications at their discretion.
No guarantees of visa approval are made.
15. AUTHORITY DECISION NON-DISPUTE CLAUSE
The Client acknowledges that Authority decisions are final.
Next Chapter shall not be held liable for:
- Rejection decisions.
- Policy changes.
- Quota limitations or eligibility restrictions.
16. CLIENT INDEMNITY & MISREPRESENTATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Next Chapter against any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from:
- False, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Forged or invalid documents.
- Non-compliance with UAE laws.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Next Chapter shall not be liable for:
- Government delays or rejections.
- Financial losses resulting from Authority decisions.
- Bank account refusals.
- Third-party delays or actions
18. CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information shall be handled confidentially and disclosed only where required by law or Authority request.
19. DATA PROTECTION
The Client consents to the collection and processing of personal data for service delivery and regulatory submissions.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
Next Chapter shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including regulatory changes or system outages.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.
